We do require that applicants are members for at least three months before they can apply to this fund. There are a great many benefits to joining SHPE beyond this fund. The best way to experience all SHPE has to offer is to get involved with your local chapter, volunteer and learn about the mission of the organization.
  • Requests in the amount of $50-$500 will be considered. In order to help as many members as possible with the resources available, the maximum amount awarded to an applicant in a cycle is $500.
  • Members are eligible to receive funds once per cycle.
  • Applicants are asked to share about their need and provide sufficient documentation to support a funding decision. To receive funds applicants will have to provide bills, estimates or receipts (or in the case of future expenses) for auditing purposes.
  • Tuition, we have a ScholarSHPE program to help support our members with educational funding.

The ALL-IN SHPE Relief Fund launched in 2020 to support our member needs during the national pandemic. As we have transitioned through post pandemic, we know that many of our members still have needs for day-to-day living that are not covered through other funding opportunities. Through the generous support of donors, we are able to continue offering aid to these members.

Application now closed.
