Ever since joining SHPE, I felt a strong sense of belonging. From the start, I knew this was an organization I wanted to contribute to for years to come, starting with my position as VP of Internal Affairs at my university’s chapter. As a Hispanic woman in STEM, I believe I will be able to inspire, encourage, and reach others with my resilience and determination.
