SHPE has various sponsorship and partnership opportunities for your organization to consider.  Our conferences host various programs directed towards pre-college, college and graduate students and professionals. Our conferences and programs provide your organization sponsorship opportunities to increase your engagement with the best and brightest Hispanic STEM talent.

SHPE's Key Conferences

The SHPE National Conference – SHPE's Annual Conference welcomes over 5,500 attendees to attend a 1 ½ day Career Fair & Graduate School Expo featuring over 200 Exhibitors, Educational and Professional Development Workshops/Seminars, Competitions, STAR Awards Show, Excellence in STEM Luncheon, Corporate Tours and Networking Events. College and graduate level students, STEM professionals, academia, university deans, government officials and corporate representatives across the nation attend SHPE's Annual Conference.  Additionally, the Pre-College Symposium includes workshops, seminars and a College Fair for over 800 middle school and high school students.

Upcoming SHPE Conference Dates and Locations
November 11-15 2015 - Baltimore MD

National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) - NILA is an intensive leadership conference that brings together chapter leaders of each SHPE Student and Professional Chapter across the U.S.   Our SHPE leaders convene every August to learn the principals for effective leadership. Participants bring knowledge and expertise to empower themselves and their chapters.

Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) -RLDCs are held in February, March, and April annually. Divided into seven regions, the RLDC provides opportunities for local chapters and their members to engage in workshops/seminars, case study competition and hosts and some host career fairs.  Each region hosts its own RLDC; however regions 4 and 7 combine their efforts and host an ETLC event.

Management Growth Training (MGT) - This program offers five days of comprehensive training on project and financial management, human relations and interpersonal communications.  The goal is to provide mid-level STEM professionals with critical skills that produce career advancement and elevates them to higher management positions within their companies.

Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) - The Executive Leadership Institute's mission is to cultivate an interactive learning environment where current and potential executives are brought together to examine and enhance their leadership and management skills. ELI focuses on developing professionals' natural leadership talent, and is perfect for those who will be competing for executive positions.
