Sponsorship

The ongoing debate about diversity in STEM is at the forefront of national conversations, and with good reason. Keeping up with the velocity of technology is going to require a far more diverse talent pool than the overwhelmingly white male pool working in the field today. Without a wider range of perspectives, we will lose sight of critical innovation. Inclusive hiring yields a better understanding of customers and competitive advantage. It isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s good for business, too.

At SHPE, we know how much this matters because we live it. We recognize that our students and professionals aren’t just the future of the Hispanic community, but the future of this entire country. We offer our members community, mentorship and fellowship to ensure that the brightest minds in STEM don’t go overlooked.

SHPE's programs include: outreach to young children and their families, career exploration for high school students, scholarships and internships for talented SHPE college students, and networking opportunities with talented SHPE professionals.

SHPE offers various partnership opportunities.  Align your organization's goals of recruitment, diversity and branding by downloading the SHPE Conference Sponsorship Brochure.
